Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Nature of Services

SoftingArt is an IT software development company. All our products and services are digital in nature and are delivered electronically. There is no physical shipping involved in any of our offerings.

2. Delivery of Services

Our digital services and deliverables are provided through the following methods:

  • Source Code & Files: Delivered via GitHub, GitLab, Google Drive, or other agreed file-sharing platforms.
  • Website & Web Applications: Deployed to the client's hosting server or our managed hosting environment. Login credentials and access details are shared via email.
  • Mobile Applications: Delivered as APK/IPA files or published to the Google Play Store and/or Apple App Store as per the project scope.
  • Design Assets: Shared via Figma, Adobe XD, or as downloadable files (PNG, SVG, PDF).
  • Documentation: Project documentation, user manuals, and technical guides are delivered via email or shared drive.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • The delivery timeline for each project is mutually agreed upon at the start of the engagement and documented in the project proposal/agreement.
  • Delivery timelines typically depend on the project scope, complexity, and client responsiveness.
  • We follow agile methodology, delivering work in milestones/sprints with regular demos and reviews.
  • Any delays caused by the client (e.g., delayed feedback, missing assets, scope changes) may extend the delivery timeline accordingly.

4. Acceptance of Deliverables

  • Upon delivery of each milestone, the client will have a review period (typically 5-7 business days) to test and provide feedback.
  • If no feedback is received within the review period, the deliverable will be considered accepted.
  • Revisions within the agreed scope will be made at no additional cost during the review period.

5. Post-Delivery Support

  • A support/warranty period (as specified in the project agreement) is provided after final delivery.
  • During this period, we will fix bugs and issues at no additional charge.
  • Feature additions, enhancements, or changes beyond the original scope will be quoted separately.
